Terms and Conditions of Use
Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") establish the conditions, procedures, and other necessary matters related to the use of the services provided by OneLineAI Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). These services include all relevant and subsidiary services (collectively, the "Service").

  • Member: A person who agrees to the Terms, registers as a member, and uses the services provided by the Company.

  • ID: A unique combination of letters and numbers selected by the Member and approved by the Company for identification purposes.

  • Password: A combination of letters and numbers chosen by the Member to protect their personal information.

  • Content: Any symbols, text, sounds, images, graphics, videos, or other materials provided by the Company or generated using the Service’s features.

  • Paid Service: Specific features or functions of the Service available for a fee.

Article 3 (Publication, Effect, and Modification of Terms)
  • The Company will publish the Terms on the main page of its website or service application, making them easily accessible to Members.

  • The Company may amend the Terms in accordance with relevant laws, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions.

  • In case of amendments, the Company will notify Members of the changes by specifying the effective date and reason for amendment at least seven (7) days in advance. If the changes are unfavorable to the Member, the notice will be provided at least thirty (30) days in advance.

  • If a Member does not explicitly express their intent to terminate the contract by the effective date of the revised Terms, it will be deemed that they agree to the changes.

  • Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws, regulations, or business customs.

  • The Company may post an Ethics Guide within the Service to promote compliance with ethical standards. By agreeing to these Terms, the Member agrees to adhere to the Ethics Guide.

Article 4 (Membership and Management)
  • A service contract is established when an applicant agrees to the Terms and completes the membership registration process, subject to the Company’s approval.

  • Applicants must provide accurate personal information and can only register once.

  • Members who register with false or inaccurate information will not be protected under the law and may be restricted from using the Service.

  • Members must promptly update their information through the website or notify the Company of any changes.

  • The Company is not liable for any disadvantages arising from a Member’s failure to update their information.

  • Users under the age of 14 can register only with the consent of a legal guardian.

Article 5 (Acceptance of Membership Applications)
  1. The Company may delay acceptance under the following conditions:

    1. Limited service infrastructure capacity.

    2. Technical or operational difficulties.

    3. Other unavoidable business reasons.

  1. Membership may be denied if:

    1. The applicant uses another person’s identity.

    2. False information is provided.

    3. The purpose of use violates social order or public decency.

    4. The user has been previously banned and attempts to re-register within one year.

    5. Other membership requirements are not met.


Article 6 (Company’s Obligations)
  • The Company will provide the Service continuously and reliably in accordance with the Terms.

  • The Company shall implement security measures and comply with its privacy policy to ensure safe usage.

  • Any valid complaints from Members will be processed promptly, with delays communicated in advance.

Article 7 (Member Obligations)
  1. Members must comply with these Terms and other guidelines provided by the Company. Members must not:

    1. Provide false information during registration or updates.

    2. Use another person’s identity or payment method.

    3. Interfere with the Service or alter posted information.

    4. Share login credentials with third parties.

    5. Engage in illegal activities, such as gambling or distributing explicit content.

    6. Infringe upon intellectual property rights or disrupt the Company’s operations.

  1. Members are responsible for managing their ID, password, and payment information.

Article 8 (Service Usage)
  1. Members may use the Service according to these Terms.

  2. The Service is available 24/7, except during maintenance or technical disruptions.

  3. The Company reserves the right to set usage limits or restrict access based on service plans and business needs.


Article 9 (Paid Services)
  1. Some parts of the Service may require payment. Details of paid services will be specified in related notices or policies.

  2. The Company will clearly present the following:

    1. Service name and description.

    2. Usage fees and payment methods.

    3. Refund policies and service cancellation procedures.

  3. In case of conflict between these Terms and paid service policies, the paid service policy will prevail.

  2. Upon termination, all user data and entitlements will be deleted and cannot be restored.

Article 12 (Loss of Membership)
  1. The Company may restrict or revoke a Member’s access without notice if they:

    1. Provide false information during registration.

    2. Fail to pay for services.

    3. Use the Service for illegal activities.

  2. Members will be notified of any restrictions, including the reason and duration.

Article 13 (Information Provision)

The Company may provide Members with notifications or information via email. For advertisements, prior consent will be obtained from Members.

Article 14 (Copyright and Intellectual Property)
  1. All intellectual property rights of Member-generated content remain with the Member.

  2. The Company is not responsible for content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property.

Article 15 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by:

1. Force majeure events such as natural disasters or government actions.
2. Member’s negligence, such as sharing login credentials.
