ONELINE AI Inc. Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the terms of use, procedures, and other necessary matters for the OneLineAI Service and all accompanying services (collectively referred to as the 'Service') operated by OneLineAI Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company').
Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:
- Website: The website 'https://onelineai.com' operated by the Company to provide the services
- Member: A person who enters into a user agreement in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and uses the services provided by the Company
- Non-Member: A person who uses the information and services provided by the Company without registering as a Member
- ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the Member and approved by the Company for member identification and service use
- Password: A combination of letters and numbers set by the Member to protect their personal information
- Content: Data consisting of symbols, text, voice, video, etc., and results generated by the Member through the use of the service
- Paid Service: Paid features or services provided by the Company
Article 3 (Disclosure, Effectiveness, and Amendment of Terms and Conditions)
- The company posts these terms and conditions on the initial screen so that members can easily check them.
- The company complies with relevant laws and regulations and may amend the terms and conditions if necessary.
- If the terms and conditions are amended, the effective date and the reason for the change will be specified and announced at least 7 days in advance. In the case of changes unfavorable to members, notification will be provided at least 30 days in advance.
- If a member does not explicitly express objection to the amended terms and conditions, they shall be deemed to have agreed.
Article 4 (Membership Registration and Management)
- Membership registration is completed when the user agrees to the terms and conditions, submits the application form, and the company approves it.
- Members must provide their real name and accurate information, and the same person cannot create multiple accounts.
- If member information changes, the company must be notified immediately, and any disadvantages arising from failure to notify are the responsibility of the member.
- Users under the age of 14 require the consent of a parent or other legal representative.
Article 5 (Approval and Restriction of Application for Use)
- The Company may defer its acceptance in the event of insufficient facilities, technical issues, or other similar circumstances.
- The application may be rejected if specific grounds apply, such as using another person's name or providing false information.
Article 6 (Obligations of the Company)
- The company strives to provide stable services and complies with personal information protection and security.
- If a member's opinion or complaint is deemed justified, it will be processed promptly.
Article 7 (Member's Obligations)
- Members must not provide false information, steal others' information, or engage in illegal activities when using the service.
- Account and password management is the member's responsibility, and the company is not responsible for any problems arising from negligence in management.
Article 8 (Use of Service)
- Members may use the service after their application for use has been approved. Some services may be provided subject to certain conditions.
- In principle, the service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, but it may be temporarily suspended due to the company's circumstances.
Article 9 (Paid Services)
- The Company may provide certain services for a fee, and the specific details will be announced separately.
- The refund conditions and procedures are subject to the paid service policy.
Article 10 (Suspension of Service)
- In unavoidable circumstances such as power outages, server issues, or natural disasters, the provision of services may be temporarily suspended.
- In the event of service termination, a prior notice will be announced and notified to members 30 days in advance.
Article 11 (Withdrawal of Membership and Loss of Qualification)
- Members may stop using the service and withdraw their membership at any time.
- Upon withdrawal, all usage rights will expire and cannot be restored.
- In the event of a violation of the terms and conditions, the company may suspend or revoke membership without prior notice.
Article 12 (Provision of Information and Advertisements)
- The Company may provide information to members via email, etc., if necessary.
- Advertisements may be displayed on the service screens and in emails, and the Company shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from such advertisements.
Article 13 (Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights)
- All rights to the content created by the member belong to the member.
- The company is not responsible for any copyright infringement of the results created by the member within the service.
